Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead and implement impactful marketing initiatives alongside our Iberian and LATAM Sales teams. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and achieving regional objectives through strategic collaboration with Sales and the Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute field marketing strategies that align with the regional sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive campaigns, ensuring alignment with local sales efforts to generate sustainable pipeline growth.
- Plan, execute, and assess a variety of regional marketing programs, including brand activations, partner collaborations, and trade exhibitions, both virtual and in-person.
- Lead the creation of tailored sales and demand enablement materials, such as product videos, presentations, and customer success stories.
- Evaluate program outcomes, analyze performance metrics, and communicate insights to stakeholders to enhance future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS marketing.
- Fluent in Spanish, with a strong understanding of marketing dynamics within Spanish-speaking markets.
- Proven expertise in the SMB sectors of the Iberian and LATAM regions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Experience in crafting integrated marketing strategies tailored to regional needs.
- A proactive and positive mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
