Desde Nuclio Talent estamos en busca de un/a Marketing Manager para incorporarse a un importante grupo educativo ubicado en Madrid. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing tanto para el público B2B como B2C. Se encargará del diseño y coordinación de campañas, así como en la gestión integral del plan marketing y la estrategia de Brand y posicionamiento.

¿Cuáles son las funciones y responsabilidades de un/a Marketing Manager?

Diseñar y ejecutar las estrategias de marketing B2B y B2C.Desarrollar y coordinar campañas online y offline.Incrementar el conocimiento de la marca, ventas y generación de leads.Dirigir y capacitar al equipo de marketing, además de colaborar con equipos de ventas, producto y atención al cliente.Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de la competencia.Supervisar campañas digitales, SEO/SEM y eventos de marketing.Gestionar y definir el posicionamiento del grupo en entidades de interés.Colaborar en la planificación de nuevos cursos y programas académicos.Elaborar. gestionar y hacer seguimiento del presupuesto anual de marketing.Definir KPIs y evaluar la eficacia de las estrategias de marketing.¿Qué skills debo tener para ser valorado/a como Marketing Manager?Aportar experiencia en campañas digitales para eCommerce y negocios online.Grado/Licenciatura en Marketing o similares.Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como responsable de Marketing o en un puesto similar.Sólidas dotes de liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos de marketing.Capacidad de trabajar en un entorno muy rápido, gestionando múltiples proyectos al mismo tiempo.Nivel de inglés alto.Capacidad analítica.
