This critical role will be responsible for supporting the commercial organization and driving local marketing program execution.

You will collaborate with the EMEA team to adapt global strategies to local markets, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class marketing materials and initiatives.

The role demands flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the regional team to execute local marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners to implement marketing strategies.
  • Support sales teams with market analysis, marketing materials, and essential systems.
  • Facilitate congresses, workshops, and customer events.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Manage marketing materials translations, approval processes, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain a customer contact database, ensuring good data integrity.

Functional Expertise:

  • Strong consumer marketing skills and experience within the beauty, aesthetics, or cosmeceuticals space.
  • Fluency in digital marketing capabilities to execute campaigns for acquisition and brand awareness objectives.
  • Ability to build congress attendance and workshops.
  • Proven experience in brand and PR leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to network and influence effectively.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to analyse data and obtain commercially useful insights.
