Bajo la dependencia de dirección general, el/la candidato/a se responsabilizará de:

  • Definir, diseñar e implementar el plan estratégico de marketing y comunicación on y off line de la compañía en España
  • Construir una estrategia de reconocimiento de marca en el mercado español
  • Crear una estrategia de marketing en todos los canales de venta
  • Definir el calendario anual de acciones de marketing a nivel omnicanal analizando el ROI de las diferentes campañas realizadas
  • Definir e implementar las estrategias de publicidad y generación de tráfico para la captación de clientes y usuarios (SEO/SEM/SMO, etc)
  • Dirigir las redes sociales, marketing de contenidos y diseño de publicidad.
  • Gestionar y garantizar el presupuesto anual de marketing de forma concreta
  • Analizar e investigar sobre el mercado en el que opera la compañía
  • Gestión de la web (campañas, publicidad, desarrollo).
  • Asegurar la implementación de las acciones de marketing en los diferentes puntos de venta, proponiendo formaciones a los equipos de venta
  • Compañía perteneciente al sector retail especializado en proceso de expansión|Desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia de marketing omnicanal


Buscamos a una persona que aporte al menos 5 años de experiencia en una posición similar en una compañía de Retail que tenga presencia a nivel omnicanal.

Además, contará con una clara orientación al cliente y sensibilidad por el Retail operacional, siendo polivalente, transparente, con buen nivel de comunicación y un perfil de terreno.

Para esta posición se requiere un buen nivel de inglés y/o francés.
