Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Elanco. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute country affiliate category and brand planning to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate the production and supply of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, and merchandise
  • Manage marketing operational expenditure and resource allocation
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements to determine market research and competitive pricing
  • Develop and drive customer insights initiatives and acquire market intelligence
Requirements
  • Degree in Life Science or business qualification
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to influence and deliver results through others
  • Personal accountability and strong drive for execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with marketing in a consumer environment
  • Understanding of customer value requirements and ability to articulate these requirements into meaningful brand product positions
