About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Scopely. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and executing our Early Careers program, driving strategic recruitment initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Global Recruitment Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent from universities and institutions worldwide.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Manage Early Careers Program
    • Oversee the development and implementation of our Early Careers program, including internships, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
    • Work closely with our Talent Teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
  • Build and Foster Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, faculty, and career services to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
    • Partner with regional business leaders and Talent Teams to assess Voice of the Customer and business internship needs.
  • Measure and Analyze Program Effectiveness
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Generate reports and create data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years supporting Early Careers Intern talent.
    • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing a recruiting team, leading recruiting operations, or in a program management role.
  • Skills
    • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and running Talent programs across multiple businesses or geographic locations.
    • Proven stakeholder management expertise and ability to liaise and influence various levels of management.
    • Excellent organizational, data analysis, project management skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS tools, associated job boards, and candidate platforms.
