Blu Selection is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup based in the beauty sector, operating globally. We're seeking an experienced and bilingual Strategic Executive Assistant to join our team.

You will be the right-hand person to our CEO, providing comprehensive support in both personal and business matters. This role is not just administrative; it's about being a strategic partner, managing calendars, emails, and communications in both English and Spanish and ensuring smooth operations in both personal and professional domains.

Your Key Responsibilities and Impact:

  1. Personal Support: Provide support to the CEO with personal matters, including relocation logistics, utility bills, planning personal events, and other administrative tasks.
  2. Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Prioritize urgent matters and respond promptly.
  3. Business Support: Offer invaluable support to the CEO in making strategic business decisions and fulfilling daily operational needs, serving as a trusted and indispensable partner in their endeavors.
  4. Bilingual Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including family members, friends, and business associates, ensuring effective communication and coordination in both English and Spanish.
  5. Contribution to Company Growth: Support the hiring process as the company expands its team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. A native-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
  2. Located in or willing to relocate to a location that supports our global operations.
  3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, or similar experience.
  5. Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
  6. Knowledge of the luxury/cosmetic industry is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proactive and can-do attitude, making independent decisions and solving problems and complex situations efficiently.
  9. Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
