We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team at Pure Kaktai. This role is pivotal in leading our financial strategy, managing investment rounds, and driving financial growth and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, fundraising, and strategic planning within the wellness or consumer goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to support Pure Kaktai's long-term growth objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business plan.
  • Investment Rounds Management: Lead and manage investment rounds, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation with potential investors, to secure funding for Pure Kaktai's growth initiatives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing regular updates and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors, to inform business decisions.
  • Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates and managing investor communications, to foster a positive and transparent investor experience.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and growth initiatives, minimizing financial risks and ensuring business continuity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, to drive business success and growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record in fundraising and investment management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the consumer goods or related sectors, with a deep understanding of the industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
  • Attributes: High integrity, results-driven, and a proactive problem solver, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and drive business growth and success.
