Job Description:

Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store management team, responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of sales associates. This role requires a strong passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example and ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets, analyze sales data, and develop action plans to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Operations and Logistics: Ensure that the store is maintained to the highest standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Fashion Industry Knowledge: Strong passion for fashion and knowledge of the luxury retail industry.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
