Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Madrid. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing retail processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, P&L reporting, and adherence to core retail operational procedures
  • Provide cover for the Store Manager in their absence and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Proven experience in retail leadership, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
