Assistant Store Manager - Carhartt WIP Madrid

At Carhartt WIP, we're looking for a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, taking charge of store operations and making key decisions.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with company directives and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Support the sales team in product knowledge and customer service, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they meet sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company visual merchandising standards.
  • Process deliveries efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely receipt of stock.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with good English skills advantageous.
