Objetivo de la posición

Garantizar la ejecución de las actividades de formación técnica y científica para las farmacias afiliadas a Apoteca Natura y para los clientes del Grupo Aboca de su propia zona de competencia, según el plan de formación aprobado por la Función.

Responsabilidades clave
  • Proporcionar los contenidos técnicos y científicos previamente aprobados por la Función, según los planes de marketing y de acuerdos con las directrices definidas a nivel central adaptando el contenido según el contexto local.
  • Gestionar reuniones en el territorio y en la empresa con grupos de farmacéuticos y partners.
  • Asegurar formación científica sobre las características, ventajas y beneficios de los productos del Grupo Aboca en comparación con los competidores.
  • Dar a conocer los protocolos de consejo y los servicios de prevención Apoteca Natura con los problemas de salud relacionados.
  • Conocer las enfermedades más comunes que se presentan en las farmacias y actualizar continuamente sus conocimientos científicos.
  • Conocer y utilizar todos los instrumentos de Apoteca para apoyar la actividad formativa y de consejo.
  • Relacionarse con Key Account Managers y con la red de venta Aboca de su área de competencia para compartir información y planes de acción sobre sus clientes y partners.
  • Utilizar adecuadamente los materiales de la empresa de acuerdo con las directivas.
  • Producir informes periódicos a la empresa sobre el estado en el que se encuentran las actividades de formación.
Requisitos
  • Titulación superior del área sanitaria.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Carnet de conducir B.
