Regional Coordinator for Supplier Claim Management and Optimization

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Coordinator to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing claims related to supplier performance and ensuring that our business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Claim Management: Gather and analyze claim information from non-conformities (NCs) to ensure that our CLM tool or database is up-to-date.
  2. Process Support: Ensure that the claim procedure is followed, providing clarifications and reporting assistance to support NCs.
  3. Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Corporate Claim Manager to develop and implement strategies for managing claims above a certain value.
  4. Regional Claims Management: Manage claims that fall within the regional scope, ensuring that they are properly addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Attend coordination meetings to report on and follow up on regional claim management, including global claims affecting the region and domestic claims for the region.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience: More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Skills: Ability to execute for results, technical knowledge of wind turbines, sound leadership skills, collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills.
  4. Language: Full professional competence in English and Spanish, with an intermediate level of French a plus.
