Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute large technical projects within budget and quality goals, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Central engineering, Claim Management, spare parts, production, and global Service organization, to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Drive root cause analysis and define, assess, and align dedicated solutions with Nordex internal players and external partners, such as suppliers and customers.
- Provide technical support to enhance claims against suppliers, ensuring effective resolution and minimizing risks.
- Ensure transparency and optimize cost-effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- Manage and report project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate a smooth handover to colleagues within the Service organization, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
- Represent the Nordex Group to clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Profile:
- Hold a Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong technical background.
- Have project management experience, preferably in the wind energy sector and turnkey projects.
- Bring several years of experience in comparable positions, with a proven track record of success.
- Be familiar with 8D and 6 sigma methods, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Exhibit leadership skills, with the ability to form and lead high-performing teams.
- Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Have good MS Office knowledge, with SAP experience being a plus.
- Be able to work in different business cultures, with a willingness to adapt and learn.
- Be prepared to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Fluently speak English, with German being beneficial.
