**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grid Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our offshore grid project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of grid-related projects, from sales to execution phases.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Grid Requirements Analysis**: Evaluate Siemens Gamesa's technical compliance to grid requirements and provide expert advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
- **Sales Phase**: Perform technical sales functions, including discussing grid requirements with customers and transmission authorities.
- **Execution Phase**: Manage grid-related projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical documentation, digital models, and specialized technical support.
- **Technical Support**: Provide high-level technical support to park control specialists and collaborate with technology and product portfolio management departments to identify solutions for current and future needs.
- **Studies and Analysis**: Conduct studies and analysis in steady-state, dynamic, and transient domains, including revision and performance of technical reports.
**Requirements**
- **Education**: Master's degree in electrical power engineering, preferably with experience in the wind turbine business and/or grid developer/grid operator industries.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in one or more simulation tools, such as PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink, PSS/E, or DIgSILENT Power Factory.
- **Soft Skills**: Self-driven, extrovert, analytical, and able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks, with excellent communication skills in English.
- **Additional Requirements**: Experience performing studies in steady-state, dynamic, and transient domains, with knowledge of Chinese and French a plus.
