We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Offshore SCADA team. As a key member of our Project Execution organization, you will be responsible for driving and developing the team to deliver high-quality SCADA packages to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of 15 highly skilled SCADA project managers
- Support team members in their individual development and growth
- Develop and implement processes for project risk handling, reporting, and budgeting
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless project execution
- Be an active and engaged team member in the offshore SCADA management team
- Relevant university degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, preferably combined with a degree in Business Administration
- Experience working with OT SCADA systems in large-scale construction projects
- 3+ years of line management experience
- Experience from an international working environment
- Good personal impact and clear, open communication skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
