Offshore SCADA Project Management Expert

As a Manager in the Offshore SCADA department, you will lead and motivate a team of 15 highly skilled SCADA project managers responsible for ensuring the delivery of the SCADA package to our customers as part of our customer execution projects.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and developing the team, supporting individual development and growth, improving processes for project work, handling priorities in collaboration with other departments, and being an active team member in the offshore SCADA management team.
Your Team
The department consists of a global team with presence in Denmark, Germany, India, United States, and Spain, configuring and installing all OT systems needed for monitoring and control of our offshore wind farms globally.
We are looking for a positive, motivated team member with existing experience in guiding highly skilled project managers, either as a line manager or as a technical project manager.
This, in combination with professional experience within SCADA engineering and preferably experience from the wind industry, will be an advantage.
Requirements
Have a relevant university degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, preferably combined with a degree in Business Administration.
Have experience working with OT SCADA systems in large-scale construction projects.
Have 3+ years of line management experience.
Have experience from an international working environment.
Have good personal impact and a clear and open way of communicating.
Fluent in English - both spoken and written.
