Technical Solution Owner for Low Voltage Design and Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Technical Solution Owner for Low Voltage Design and Innovation. As a key member of our electrical team, you will be responsible for defining the scope of work for projects and ensuring the technical solutions meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Solution Ownership: Define the scope of work for projects and be the overall technical solutions owner for the project.
- Technical Leadership: Drive the technical solutions, support the team of allocated design engineers in projects, and secure technical solutions within your own area.
- Collaboration and Communication: Support the team to meet team deliveries, secure collaboration with multiple sub-suppliers, and solution providers.
- Knowledge Transfer: Ensure a transfer of knowledge and documentation towards our sub-supplier to make it possible for them to build prototypes and implement the product in production.
- Test and Quality Assurance: Actively take part in the test phase of projects to ensure coordination among the departments to ensure a proper handover to relevant stakeholders on time.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the interlink between various stakeholders internally and externally and acquire and allocate necessary resources for a successful execution of the project.
- Education: A degree in electrical engineering or similar.
- Technical Expertise: A solid technical understanding together with good analytical skills and a strong physical understanding.
- Experience: Experience within design of low voltage systems and general system knowledge for full technical systems.
- Cultural Competence: Experience working with multiple cultures, agile methodologies, and proven strong technical knowledge within the low voltage area.
