**About GRUPO CRIT**

We are a multinational company seeking a vibrant and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a German Speaking Customer Support Agent. As a member of our multicultural and multi-age team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and contribute to our company's success.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints, analyzing their root causes and developing plans to address them.
  3. Collaborate with departmental staff to promote and maintain strong customer service values, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  4. Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent level of German, English, and Spanish languages.
  • Basic PC skills and good communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, initiative-driven, and results-focused individual.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Availability to work in shifts, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday.
