Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Puma's Brand Values and service expectations.
- Strive to meet or surpass sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives through effective customer engagement.
- Accurately process sales transactions at the point of sale.
- Implement and uphold all visual merchandising standards as per Puma guidelines.
- Take charge of managing incoming and outgoing stock efficiently.
- Identify merchandise opportunities and communicate insights to the Store Management team.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within a dynamic retail setting.
- Strong affinity for the Puma brand.
- Customer-focused and dependable character.
- Excellent team collaborator.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
