We are currently looking for an AI Field Cloud Sales Representative to champion AI initiatives for our most strategic and influential clients.

Role Overview

As an AI Cloud Sales Representative for Enterprises, you will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and securing AI business opportunities with our key customers. These organizations are revolutionizing industries by utilizing AI to address complex challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coverage – Promote AI services to clients across designated sectors.
  • Business Development – Discover AI opportunities within your territory and formulate Go-To-Market strategies to cultivate new pipelines.
  • Pipeline Management – Ensure effective utilization of reporting and forecasting tools throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Ownership – Lead the sales process from initial engagement to closure with the most innovative clients.
  • Executive Engagement – Establish and nurture relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
  • Technical Solutioning – Collaborate with AI technical specialists to design AI architectures that meet customer requirements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Leverage OCI teams and partners to promote AI adoption and utilization among clients.
  • Deliver Results – Surpass revenue (booking, consumption) and KPI targets for your territory.

Required Skills and Experience

What You Will Bring

  • A decade of experience in selling technology platforms and infrastructure solutions within a cloud service provider.
  • Five years of experience in selling cloud or software services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, GPU, and AI services relevant to clients.
  • Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and fostering long-term relationships within Fortune 500 companies.
  • A successful track record in securing large-scale data and AI cloud projects with effective delivery.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including independent software vendors, leading AI companies, and consulting firms.

The primary responsibility of this role is to sell technology software products and associated services within a defined territory. This includes identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, managing accounts throughout the entire sales process from business development and specifications to contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Utilize the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and enhance local market share while building and expanding business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.
