Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our last-mile team, you will be responsible for managing a pool of local stores and building relationships with stakeholders to improve the delivery experience for our customers in urban and rural areas of Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and community leaders to ensure trust and cooperation.
- Operational Support: Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences, and provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes.
- Metrics and Analysis: Be obsessed with metrics and dive deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements and find practical and simple solutions to complex problems.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Operations and CO team, ensuring regular communications and willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores / Delivery Stations (regional level).
Requirements
- Education: A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, data analysis, and communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English, and experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Relevant experience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them.
