Technical Account Manager

Join our team as a Technical Account Manager and play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery of customer solutions.
  • Represent customer requirements to management and develop strategic plans to meet their needs.
  • Provide high-quality solution consultancy and serve as a knowledge hub for internal teams.
  • Ensure customer requirements are qualified, scoped, and documented, and represent qualified customer business plans to management for strategic alignment.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in the hospitality technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn product and technical knowledge.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Expertise in hospitality management systems and industry trends.
  • Experience working with software development/product management teams is desirable.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
