Job Summary

Fendi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Client Advisor in Barcelona. As a Fendi Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional and luxurious experience to our clients, promoting Fendi's history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs by engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
  • Client Management: Strengthen customer relationships, nurture loyal Fendi customer bases, and implement appropriate CRM tools to manage customer service quality and meet customer expectations.
  • Store Operations: Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input, ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining company guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Manages own image standards on a high level
  • Strong selling and communication skills
  • Excellent relationships skills
  • Organization, professionalism, self-confidence
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
  • Goal-oriented approach, multitasking
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest in Fashion/Luxury Industry
  • Fluent English
