Fendi Ambassador Sales Professional

As a Fendi Ambassador, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and promote Fendi’s history, craftsmanship, and quality of materials. Key responsibilities include leading sales performance, engaging in upselling and cross-selling, and managing customer relationships through effective CRM tools. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and operating the retail management system.
Key Qualifications:
2-5 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, strong selling and communication skills, excellent relationship skills, and knowledge of retail management systems.
