Fendi Ambassador Job Description


As a Fendi Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and luxurious experience to clients through the promotion of Fendi's history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
  • Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base by implementing appropriate CRM tools.
  • Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering a professional and individual human touch.
  • Correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
  • Support in maintaining inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to manage personal image standards at a high level.
  • Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
  • Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
  • Strong knowledge of and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry.
  • Fluent in English.
