Fendi Luxury Sales Professional

As a Fendi Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and luxurious experience to clients through the promotion of Fendi's history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity.
- Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base by implementing appropriate CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering a professional and individual human touch.
- Correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
- Support in maintaining inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
- 2-5 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to manage personal image standards at a high level.
- Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Strong knowledge of and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry.
- Fluent in English.
