Job Overview

Luxury Escapes is seeking a Part Time Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing European operation. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing sales activity and providing exceptional customer service to our highly engaged member base.


Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, electronically or in person, and make sales inquiries to meet customer needs.


Provide customers with general information relating to services, packages, and pricing, and recommend workable solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer.


Ensure daily prompt follow up and ownership of customer sales enquiries, and resolve customer complaints where applicable and within specified time frames.


Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.


Requirements

Personable, approachable and professional with a background in phone-based sales, preferably with travel experience.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pay close attention to detail and work in a competitive environment.


Flexible with your availability, with a willingness to work weekends and evenings.


Driven to succeed, with a passion for customer sales and a desire to achieve goals.
