About the Role
Mileway, a leading company in last mile logistics real estate, is seeking a skilled Treasury Administrator to join its Treasury and Capital Markets team. This role will be based in Valencia and will be part of a European team based in Amsterdam, Luxembourg, and London.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete bank forms, mandate updates, opening and closure of bank accounts, and other ad hoc forms as necessary.
- Arrange the execution of bank account forms, hedging, or other Treasury-related agreements.
- Control the creation of all static data items in the Treasury Management System (Integrity), such as legal entities, bank accounts, counterparties, etc.
- Coordinate with Tax, Investment Accounting, Capital Markets, and other stakeholders on the billing mechanism for refinancing and/or other Treasury invoices within Mileway.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable team on the timely payment of Treasury invoices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Treasury Management Systems.
