Job Overview
The role involves recruiting, selecting, and managing new partners globally. You will develop and nurture relationships with key existing partners while driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, optimization, and execution of sales initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales revenues, volume, and product mix by achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Provide accurate forecasts for annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
• Create unique strategic business plans to generate revenue from both new and existing partners by analyzing market trends and performance results.
• Implement and execute sales programs by developing actionable sales plans aligned with the global strategy.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Assist in sales activities and negotiate pricing and discounts in alignment with headquarters.
• Take direct responsibility for lead generation and market development.
• Conduct regular assessments of business performance and promotional strategies.
• Actively manage the sales process with a focus on identifying and exploring all sales opportunities.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for both existing and new clients.
• Develop account strategies in line with the overall transition to the channel strategy by analyzing trends and results.
• Formulate account goals and business plans for SOHO, SMB, key accounts, and Value Added Resellers.
• Present information and solutions in a professional manner.
Education and Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in business development activities.
• Proven experience in establishing business relationships over the phone.
• International experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in IT is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, profitability, and budget goals.
• Effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
