We have a range of communities, including LEADERS IN CONSULTING, The Procurement Initiative, and CYBER INSURANCE LEADERS. These communities are exclusive and invite-only, and they provide a platform for business leaders to connect, share knowledge, and drive growth.

Your Mission

As our Demand Generation Manager, your mission will be to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members. Specifically, you will focus on Partners and MDs from consulting firms with at least 50 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO
  • Generate participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London
  • Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who is available to start immediately. You will need to have strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. You will also need to be a strong communicator and team player who can work closely with our CEO, CTO, and other stakeholders.
