- Stay up-to-date with YouTube's ecosystem to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Content teams to propose new content ideas and sponsorship opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers through email and calls.

- Fluent/ Native English level and knowledge of the LATAM sports landscape.
- Proven sales and YouTube operations track record.
- Experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools and presenting to C-level/VP executives.
- Tech-savvy and skilled with software and technologies.
- Degree and +6 month experience in AV Comm.
