Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a proactive individual to become a part of our Design & Technical team as a Specialist. This position is vital to our extensive array of projects throughout Europe. As a Design & Technical Specialist, you will play a significant role in the execution and transition of various design hotel projects, whether they involve existing structures or new constructions, ensuring compliance with Radisson Hotel Group standards across all locations.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Area Senior Technical Director and will be tasked with overseeing projects through the Radisson Hotel Group approval processes, ensuring adherence to design standards, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will encompass project management from inception to handover, upholding brand standards, providing technical assistance for renovations, gathering stakeholder feedback, and ensuring timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project pipelines from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
- Serve as the custodian of the 'Look and Feel' design, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Utilize technical knowledge in decision-making, considering contractual and legal responsibilities.
- Offer technical assistance for hotel renovations and manage stakeholder feedback.
- Work closely with the Area Engineer on MEP progress and procurement strategies.
- Generate project reports and spearhead initiatives to meet Area and Hotel objectives.
- Facilitate approvals from internal stakeholders and representatives of owners.
- Assist in the pre-opening phase to guarantee technical readiness for hotel operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- National academic qualifications in Architecture or Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in large-scale project management as an architect/engineer or project manager.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German is essential.
- Possession of a certified architectural or technical degree.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
