Business Development Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our growth strategy in Southern Europe, covering Spain, Portugal, and Italy. As a key member of the Albert Roger Group team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with key retailers and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in Southern Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including Primor, Druni, Carrefour, Arenal, Wells, and Continente.
- Lead client meetings and negotiations to close deals and drive business growth.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve profitable growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the health and beauty sector.
- Strong understanding of key regional retailers and market trends.
- High-energy, fearless negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for beauty products and a hunger to win.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
