- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge articles to document solutions to common technical issues, ensuring that our clients have easy access to the information they need.
- Escalation and Collaboration: Collaborate with our development team to escalate complex technical issues, providing detailed information and feedback to ensure that our software solutions are meeting the needs of our clients.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as Service Cloud or JIRA.
- Knowledge of hospitality technology, including hotel management systems and property management systems.
- Fluency in additional languages, such as French, German, or Spanish.
