Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in revenue management or related roles, preferably in the sports or resort industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic sports-focused resort environment. Strong business acumen with a keen awareness of current sales trends. Team player with strong organizational abilities and a solid understanding of yield management.
- Language: High proficiency in English and Spanish; German, or any other language.
