About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team responsible for ensuring our customers are successful and thriving with our next-generation endpoint technology. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our customers receive the value they expect from their implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
  2. Account Growth: Achieve a quota of new sales growth within the customer base.
  3. Strategic Planning: Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize account growth.
  4. Customer Support: Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
  5. Product Feedback: Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from the customer base.
Requirements:
  1. Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
  2. Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.
  3. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, client visits, and presentations, and internal meetings.
  5. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  6. A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
  7. High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
  8. Excellent time management skills.
  9. 5 years+ or equivalent experience in consulting or account management – particularly in cybersecurity.
  10. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Security or SaaS sales experience.
  2. Customer Success/Service background.
  3. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology.
  4. Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution.
