The Opportunity

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will design, create, and monitor learning strategies and programs that benefit employees and support company growth. The ideal candidate will ensure that strategies are consistent, engaging, and effective in the development of the selling and soft skills needed to become a successful member of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute sustainable role-based learning and certification strategies according to the various activities, roles, and personas for internal employees and potentially customers and business partners.
  2. Develop and manage a talent management, learning, and development activity that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Identify the skills objectives required to support the various roles, the skills gaps, and the priorities of filling skills gaps.
  4. Design and deliver various learning methods and styles across the company, including eLearning, coaching, mentoring, and onboarding programs.
  5. Measure enablement progress and attainment across departments, regions, and teams to best advise on actions to close skill gaps.
  6. Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement in methods and tools.
  7. Collaborate with internal HR organizations to identify synergies, global requirements, and opportunities for collaboration.
  8. Manage partnerships with external learning and content partner providers.
  9. Develop and coach team members on the activity of learning development.
  10. Consult regularly with business stakeholders on requirements and performance of the training and information content delivered.
  11. Monitor and measure performance, attendance, effectiveness, impact, resourcing, etc. required in the implementation of learning events.
  12. Document methods, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or other related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in talent management, learning, and development.
  • Experience in developing and managing learning and development programs.
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development practices.
