About the Role

Skechers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing learning strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning programs that align with business objectives and support the development of our employees.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to identify evolving needs and leverage subject matter experts for curriculum and program development.
  • Facilitate learning experiences that motivate, engage, and empower learners with the tools needed to excel in their roles.
  • Analyze learner feedback and other data to ensure continuous improvement of learning and development programs.
  • Develop an organization-wide focus on learning to sustain culture and catalyze positive change.
  • Coordinate with key partners to operationalize and scale learning programs.

Education, Experience, and Languages

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience and focus on employee training, learning, and development in multiple European countries.
  • Previous experience developing and managing learning strategies and programs.
  • Ideal languages: English, German, and either Spanish, French, or Italian.
