Job Summary

Werfen is seeking a highly skilled Global HR Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the development and implementation of our human resources information systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees.
  • System Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough analysis of workflows and design functionality to ensure that HRIS systems meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the smooth operation of HRIS systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, IT, and other departments, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decision-making and drive continuous improvement of HRIS systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or Business.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience with implementing and maintaining enterprise HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and extensive knowledge of HR frameworks, systems, policies, and processes.
