Join Allianz Technology as a Platform Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and innovative platforms for software development. As a key member of our team, you will drive the technological strategy and integrate advanced solutions in our software development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the platform engineering strategy in alignment with Allianz Technology's overall business goals.
  • Define long-term strategy to develop developer platform ecosystem and continuously improve development efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the software development process, quality of code, and maturity of processes.
  • Define implementation roadmap targeting all development platforms, planning necessary convergence from legacy tools.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in implementation of software development engineering, tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art development toolstack and practices.
  • Experience in rollout of global projects, especially in the area of software engineering.
  • Profound knowledge of development metrics allowing to benchmark both quality and maturity, improving performance and productivity.
