Job Title: Business Development Representative Associate

At Infor, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Representative Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and driving specific industries/regions to discover net-new opportunities
  • Advanced prospecting within target industries/regions by reaching out to companies displaying demographic or behavioral buying signals
  • Identification and multi-channel engagement with buyers through phone, email, and social media
  • Working alongside our intelligent tech stack to drive success (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and many others)
  • Building a sustainable pipeline focusing on quality; quantity is nothing without quality
  • Generating highly qualified opportunities with the propensity to close
  • Building strong alignment with different stakeholders within Infor, specifically in sales & marketing
  • Leading on innovation and demonstrating creative destruction to turn ideas into initiatives that will benefit the global organization

Requirements:
  • Native/Bilingual in German and English
