Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement education programs for field support personnel and customers.
- Develop blended learning approaches, including remote, face-to-face, and e-learning delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital platforms and Learning Management Systems.
- Design and track e-learning programs to complement blended curriculums.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate program impact and plan for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Medical Education/Customer programs/Field support EP.
- Training and Medical Education background highly valued.
- Experience in developing e-learning programs and digital content.
- University degree or equivalent with expertise in Rhythm Management and EP.
- Strong customer focus, planning, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European language a plus.
Travel approximately 30% expected. We offer a performance-oriented compensation package, modern IT equipment, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
