No se demore, desplácese hacia abajo y envíe su solicitud lo antes posible para no perder la oportunidad.Madrid, Spain | HybridSPRIM, a global consulting and agency group, is looking for acommercially driven Business Development Leadwith a stronghunter mindsetto accelerate growth across theHealthcare, Food and Nutrition markets.This role isexclusively focused on complex B2B salesofmarketing healthcare & food services, medical communications and creative omnichannel engagement solutions.Your MissionTogenerate new business, open market opportunities and close high-value deals, owning the full sales cycleend-to-endwithpharma, biotech, CHC, medical nutrition and food & nutrition clientsat European levelYou will report to theHead of Business Development & Strategic Accountsand work closely with theDirector of Marketing & Communications in Madrid, acting as thecommercial engineconnecting clients with scientific, creative and strategic teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & New BusinessActively prospect, qualify and close new clients, selling marketing, communications, medical content, creative campaigns and omnichannel programs.Build, manage and convert astrong and predictable sales pipeline, with clear focus onforecast accuracy and closing ratios.Execute proactive outbound strategies: email outreach, direct prospecting, networking, cold calling, congresses and industry events.Lead sales meetings, present the agency,uncover real client needsand translate them into compelling value propositions.Negotiate commercial terms, manage procurement processes andclose deals end-to-end.Account Growth & Sales OperationsIdentify and activateupselling and cross-selling opportunitieswithin existing accounts.Collaborate closely with marketing, scientific and creative teams to define scope, pricing and winning proposals.Track market and consumer/patients trends within the European food & healthcare landscape.Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity inCRM (Microsoft Dynamics).Reportpipeline, forecasts, closed deals and commercial performanceto leadership.Requirements3–5+ years of direct B2B sales experiencesellingmarketing, communications or medical communications servicesinHealthcare, Food or Nutrition. Proven experience inagencies or specialized consultancies.Demonstrated track record in new business generation and closing complex B2B deals. Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
