SPRIM is looking for a
Business Development Lead
to drive new business growth across
Healthcare, Life Sciences, Food & Nutrition
markets.
This role is
100% focused on new business generation
and the sale of
professional services
(consulting, marketing, medical communications, scientific and creative solutions) to pharma, biotech, CHC, medical nutrition and food & nutrition companies.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and open
new clients from scratch
(hunter role). - Sell
consulting, agency and project-based services
. - Lead first meetings with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage long and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals end-to-end.
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with scientific, creative and strategy teams.
- Maintain accurate activity in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
This Role Is For You If You Have
- 3–7+ years selling B2B professional services
(consulting, agency, project-based solutions). - Experience in
Healthcare, Life Sciences, Food or Nutrition
. - Proven track record in
new business generation and deal closing
. - Background in
agencies or specialized consultancies
. - Strong hunter mindset and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with long sales cycles and procurement processes.
- Fluency in
Spanish and English
.
Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biology / Nutrition background is a plus.
