You’ll generate qualified opportunities through smart outreach, discovery, and simple value-based messaging, partnering closely with Services Sales and account teams to drive pipeline and customer outcomes.Why Join UsLaunch your sales career with coaching, structure, and real growth pathsWork in a global environment with modern tools and strong teamworkLearn consultative selling focused on customer outcomes—not just volumeWhat You’ll DoIdentify and engage target accounts(existing customers and selected prospects) using structured outreach via email, phone, and social.Run discovery conversationsto understand business needs, challenges, stakeholders, and timelines.Position service offeringsthat help customers modernize, adopt innovation, and improve outcomes (value/ROI-focused messaging).Build qualified pipelinefor Services Sales and relevant overlays.Coordinate warm handoffswith clear context (customer need, impact hypothesis, next steps).Maintain accurate activity and pipeline trackingin CRM and follow a defined territory/coverage plan.Use customer signals and insights(adoption, support trends, usage patterns where available) to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach.What Success Looks LikeConsistent pipeline generationand high-quality opportunity qualificationStrong qualificationand opportunity progression through clear next stepsExcellent territory executionand prioritizationCredible and relevant messaging that bring value to our customers.Basic QualificationsSwedish (native/fluent) and English (professional)Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skillsStrong communication skills and comfort speaking with customersOrganized, proactive, and resilient, comfortable with outreach and targetsInterest in building a long-term career in B2B sales and customer valuePreferred QualificationsFirst experience (internship/part-time) in sales, customer-facing roles, or B2B environmentsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer platforms (a plus)Interest in cloud, digital transformation, services, and value-based sellingClear and motivating progression path to develop and growFlexibility to work between home and office (Hybrid: office + 2 days/week WFH)Competitive and attainable compensation structure with extra incentives.
