Base pay range Desde Robert Walters buscamos un Business Deveolpment Representative para una empresa del sector tecnológico especializada en el desarrollo de soluciones digitales B2B que ayudan a las organizaciones a optimizar procesos, fortalecer su estrategia comercial y escalar su crecimiento. Como Business Development Representative , serás responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, conectar con potenciales clientes y contribuir activamente al crecimiento del pipeline comercial. Responsabilidades Prospección activa de clientes potenciales (outbound e inbound). Calificación de leads y detección de oportunidades comerciales. Contacto con prospectos a través de llamadas, emails y LinkedIn. Agendamiento de reuniones para el equipo de ventas. Gestión y actualización del CRM. Colaboración con los equipos de ventas y marketing. Requisitos Experiencia previa en ventas B2B, BDR o SDR. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Mentalidad orientada a objetivos y métricas. Capacidad de organización y autonomía en trabajo remoto. Interés por tecnología y desarrollo de negocio. Residencia en Barcelona o España (requisito indispensable).
