**We’re now looking for a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA BDR team.**
You will be responsible for helping to build the sales pipeline, primarily in the Nordics, with the opportunity to prospect across EMEA. This is a hybrid role, and we expect you to work from our Barcelona or London office 3 to 4 times per week.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to build and support a robust manufacturing sales pipeline.
- Research target accounts and key stakeholders to craft and deliver personalised, compelling outreach.
- Help promote and follow up on physical and virtual events, ensuring high-quality lead engagement.
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
- Professional fluency in English and either Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
- Confidence engaging with senior executives at prospective customer organisations.
- A proactive and independent working style.
- Tenacity and resilience when faced with rejection.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and bring a strong can-do attitude to the team.
**What we consider an advantage**:
- Professional fluency in other major European languages.
- Understanding of Manufacturing’s core processes (production planning, supply chain management, quality control, and inventory optimisation).
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Business Development experience.
