Nuestro cliente es una empresa internacional, **líder en el sector de la salud y ocio,** que gestiona clubs y gimnasios en toda Europa. Para su centro ubicado en Málaga, **STANDBY** selecciona**:Sales Manager.**

En dependencia del **Director General,** el perfil seleccionado tendrá como misión dirigir y desarrollar una estrategia y equipo de ventas para ofrecer una experiência excepcional a los clientes potenciales y a los socios existentes, alcanzar los objetivos de captación de nuevos socios y ser un miembro activo del equipo de gestión del club.

**Principales Funciones**:
+ Liderar, desafiar, planificar e inspirar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar con éxito los objetivos mensuales de captación de nuevos socios individuales y del club
+ Luchar por conseguir los objetivos comerciales y del club
+ Pasar tiempo de calidad en el club, con el fin de interactuar con los socios y observar y entrenar al equipo para ofrecer un servicio de 5 estrellas
+ Reclutar a los componentes de su equipo que compartan los valores fundamentales de la compañía y entrenar sus competencias
+ Liderar con el ejemplo, demostrando un conocimiento experto del producto en persona y a través de su equipo
+ Asegurarse que cada cliente potencial recibe un excelente servicio de atención
+ Reunirse periódicamente con el Director General del club y el Director Regional de Ventas
+ Mantener un interés activo en el mercado local, incluida la competencia, e informar a su Director Regional de Ventas de las nuevas oportunidades
+ Garantizar que los miembros del equipo actúen en todo momento con integridad, asegurándose que todas las formas de actuar y las políticas se entienden y se cumplen plenamente

**Perfil Demandado**:
+ Experiência relevante previa en ventas y consecución de objetivos
+ Experiência en gestión y motivación de un equipo comercial fuerte y motivado
+ Estudios superiores
+ Pasión por ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente
+ Excelentes dotes de planificación y organización y capacidad para trabajar con plazos ajustados
+ Capacidad para desarrollar y entrenar a un equipo para que alcance su máximo potencial de ventas
+ Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para comunicarse tanto interna como externamente
