Funciones y responsabilidades
- Manage, incentivize, inspire, coach, lead and follow up with all the sdr sales leaders and Customer Service manager we have.
- Follow up with all the KPI’s for the above departments, be able to set targets, do sales forecasts, drive results, and improve processes and efficiencies.
- Ensure and maintain a culture of high-performance excellence. To build and maintain a positive, collegiate and energetic working environment.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: The Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for devising strategic plans that help achieve sales targets. Use data to inform their strategies, adjusting as necessary based on results. They also develop and implement effective sales processes and policies.
- Manage the back-office relationship, tasks and improvements we have with our Bi-lateral energy partner, which requires making sure end-consumer invoices are correct, are sent out on time, and more etc etc.. requires a bit administration work and needs to be detail oriented with these tasks.
- Sales Team Support: They provide ongoing support to the sales team. This might involve helping with proposals, troubleshooting issues with the CRM system, or providing training on new policies or processes.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: One of his / her main responsibilities is to keep a close eye on sales performance. They create reports and forecasts that help predict future sales, based on trends and other factors.
- Data Management: deal with a lot of data. manage CRM systems, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date. They also use this data to analyze sales trends and generate reports.
- Performance Monitoring: set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. If the team isn't meeting its targets, the Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for identifying the reasons why and figuring out how to rectify them.
- Process Improvement: Continuous improvement is a key part of this role. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will constantly be looking for ways to streamline and improve sales processes, making them more efficient and effective.

- Currently he / she will manage 5 / 6 sales leaders (and growing) who manage a total of 70- 80 sales professionals and growing.
- Manage 1 customer service manager.
- Sales goals and targets.
- Ensure continuous and sustainable fast & profitable growth of the business.
- Liaise with the recruitment department to ensure we are recruiting the best people and we are recruiting enough people in a timely manner - Ensure training, and career development and quality standards are met.
- Feedback to direct reports.
- Setting up daily, weekly and monthly routines / meetings for KPI’s follow ups, reporting and feedback sessions and one to ones with direct reports etc.
- Listen to clients and figure out best way to serve their needs.
- Improve sales efficiencies and conversion rates etc..

**IDEAL SKILLS**:
Experience and understanding of the energy / electricity sector.

Experiência

Experience of at least 5 years in Sales Operations. Experience in energy company is a plus but not required. Experience in both small and large companies is highly valued. Experience in business growth.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant experience. High education.
