En estos momentos, estamos buscando un perfil de Client Manager para liderar una de nuestras carteras de clientes en el equipo de Client Service ubicado en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. Este rol te dará la oportunidad de apoyar y hacer crecer al sector FMCG y ser una parte clave en el desarrollo del negocio. Podrás poner en práctica tus capacidades analíticas para proporcionar Insights impactantes a nuestros clientes, siendo estos, clave en la toma de decisiones.

Reportando directamente al Client Director de tu área, tus funciones consistirán en la gestión de clientes asignados para garantizar su fidelidad y el crecimiento del negocio de forma consistente, así como el desarrollo del equipo que esté a tu cargo.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

- Implementar el plan de negocios definido junto con tu Client Director.
- Incrementar el volumen de negocio a través de las acciones comerciales con la cartera de clientes asignada.
- Desarrollo, gestión, presentación y seguimiento de las propuestas comerciales solicitadas por los clientes de tu cartera.
- Análisis y presentación de datos, para proveer de conclusiones y recomendaciones accionables a los clientes.
- Seguimiento y análisis continuo de tus objetivos, en términos de ventas y acciones, para informar y corregir en caso de desviaciones.
- Gestión del equipo de apoyo a tu cargo, asegurando su aprendizaje y desarrollo.

- Habilidades de presentación y comunicación.
- Habilidades comerciales y de gestión de clientes.
- Capacidad de organización y planificación.
- Análisis y síntesis de datos.
- Dinamismo, orientación a cliente y con un perfil de negocio fuerte.
- Alta empatía y fuerte dedicación al cliente.

Requerimientos:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en la gestión de clientes
- Nível de inglés y español fluido hablado y escrito
- Se valorará experiência en análisis de datos cuantitativos principalmente en sector FMCG. Se valorará experiência en análisis de datos con Panel.

Puesto estable. 40h/sem de L a J partida y V intensiva. Formato híbrido Oficina/Teletrabajo.
